Together with his
international advisory team, Jens-Henning is dedicated to
creating skill education opportunities for talents around
the world. Leading the Vocational Education and Training
division of EHL Advisory, he actively works with clients
in more than 15 countries, developing learning centers,
providing strategic advisory, management support and
training.
Jens-Henning joined EHL Advisory Services in 2015. In his
years with EHL Advisory he has worked on a broad range of
projects: From advisory in education and hospitality to
concept development & roll-out, feasibility studies,
training, workshops and the creation & commercialization
of new products for the company.
Mr. Arun Nanda holds a
Degree in Law from the University of Calcutta, is a fellow
member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India
(FCA) and a fellow member of the Institute of Company
Secretaries of India (FCS). Mr. Nanda has also
participated in a Senior Executive Programme at the London
Business School. He joined the Mahindra Group in 1973 and
held several important positions within the Group over the
40 years he was with the company. He was inducted to the
Board of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. (M&M;) in August 1992 and
resigned as Executive Director in March 2010 to focus on
the social sector and create a favourable ecosystem for
senior citizens. He was a non-executive director from
April 2010 till August 2014. He is currently the Chairman
of Mahindra Holidays & Resorts (I) Ltd. and Mahindra
Lifespace Developers Ltd. He is also the Chairman of
Holiday Club Resorts Oy, Finland, Director of National
Skill Development Corporation, Chairman of CII National
Committee on Skill Development & Livelihood, Chairman on
the Governing Board of Centre for Social and Behaviour
Change Communication, Member of the Governing Body of
Helpage India and on the Advisory Board of TechnoServe
India.
He is also Chairman Emeritus of the Indo-French
Chamber of Commerce. He was Chairman of CII Western Region
Council for the year 2010-2011 and Chairman of the Tourism
& Hospitality Skill Council. He was a Member of the Task
Force set up by the B20 on Anti-Corruption which presented
the policy paper to President Sarkozy at the G20 Summit
held in Cannes in November 2011 and to President Putin in
St. Petersburg in June 2013.
He started RIG Institute in 2007 to fulfill the vision of his father, Shri K.L. Bhatia is a renowned hotelier of Delhi owning Center Point Hotels. Mr Bhatia has over twenty years of hospitality experience in India and abroad. He is very passionate about providing and promoting hospitality education. The special focus areas of his efforts are extended to disciplines of hospitality education with a vision to develop and provide standard educational institutions with quality education in an excellent academic environment. He has used his expertise of the hotel and travel business to create an environment for students to learn and grow at IHM RIG. For the last 20 years he has spearheaded the growth of the institute and expanded it to Dwarka and Rohini centres and Internationally over the world.
Mr. Suri, a retired IAS officer, is an Advisor and is assisting in all aspects of the operations of the Institute. He was Secretary General of Federation of Hotel and Restaurant Associations of India (FHRAI) for many years. During that time he was instrumental in setting up another Hotel Management institute. With IHM RIG, he has been advising for the past 10 years and helping students get great placements worldwide.
Prof. Rimmer holds a doctorate degree from La Trobe University. He is a subject matter expert in pure Mathematics and has researched dynamical systems and resolved questions arising from the work of Poincare near the beginning of the 20th century. Prof. Rimmer has been a researcher and teacher in the areas of economics, hospitality and education for 30 years. He has contributed in development of staff and student research profiles and has conducted research into employment in the hospitality industry and research into spiritual tourism with universities in the UK, Switzerland, Australia and Singapore.
Aman is a Director and Regional Head at EHL Advisory Services. With over twenty four years of professional experience in the hospitality industry and in higher education. Aman has held managerial, faculty, executive leadership, advisory and board level positions across multiple hospitality industry and higher education verticals with leading global and regional institutions. His market experience spans South Asia, South-East Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Europe. Aman holds a full time postgraduate business degree from Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, Switzerland (EHL); he is also an alumnus of the Oberoi Centre for Learning & Development, India (OCLD).
As an Associate Director at
the EHL Advisory Services, Praveen is highly focused on
aligning best in class Industry Associations, Vocational
Training Partners and Governmental organizations to the
efficiencies of the Vocational Education & Training (VET)
Programs by EHL.
His experience in setting-up and running of under-graduate
degree level programs and large-scale hospitality skilling
businesses in India and the Middle East has helped him
understand the needs of the ever-growing hospitality
training and education sectors. He was a key player in the
development of the National Skills Development and
Qualification Framework for India, which gives him a
strong and well-rounded understanding of the Training and
Skill Development ecosystem.
Mr Roy Choudhury has over 25
years of experience covering Manufacturing, Media and
Business Consulting and is currently Director & Head –
Skill Development & Affirmative Action at Confederation of
Indian Industry.
He handles 3 National Committees/Task Force in CII on
Skill Development and Affirmative Action.
He has been with CII for over 10 years and has
significantly contributed to expansion of the Skill
Development & Affirmative Action initiatives in CII.
Ground level initiatives have been scaled up through the
66 offices of CII in India thereby enabling CII Skills to
contribute greatly towards implementation of the National
Skills agenda while at the same time understand and
showcase the learnings, challenges and issues from the
grass root level. He has worked to support, set-up and
functionalise 12 Sector Skill Councils i.e. Healthcare;
BFSI; Logistics; Lifesciences; Beauty & Wellness; Tourism
& Hospitality; Infrastructure Equipment; Paint & Coatings;
Green Jobs; Furniture & Fitting; Persons with Disability
and Logistics.
In 2011, he scaled up the CII’s Assessment work under
DGET’s MES Pan-India. In 2013 he enabled the commencement
of the Assessment and Accreditation work of CII for the
SSC’s.
Currently spearheading CII Model Career Centre (an
industry led employment exchange, a unique Counselling to
Employment model) as CEO. Established 66 CII MCCs, to
scale to 125 in partnership with Industry and various
State Governments. Over the past 3 years have provided
employment to more than 1.4 Lacs job seekers and impacted
more than 4.5 lacs candidates.
With over 30 Years of rich work exposure in
Entrepreneurship, Operations, Business Development, Talent
Development & Transformation with organisations like
Reliance Industries (Retail), TATA – Taj Group (Hotels &

Along with his zeal for hotels, Ashwani nurtures a
strong interest in fitness and regularly swims, cycles,
plays golf and tennis.
Ms Srikrishna has 20 years
of experience with almost 10 years in Skill Development at
policy, conceptualising and implementation of large scale
schemes and programs and leading diverse teams. She
specializes in managing complex multi stakeholder
environments and is seasoned at working with Government,
Industry and Non Profit organisations. She has led and
implemented country wide schemes like PMKVY, Udaan and
have had a pioneering role to play in NSDC’s formation and
creation. She has also led the WorldSkills delegation in
2013.
In her current role at CII, she is closely working on
policy, advocacy for the Skills pace and working on
setting up pioneering solutions for Assessment, Demand
driven training and CSR projects apart from setting up
Multi Skills Centres across the country. CII also is one
of the first few assessment bodies in the country and also
implements Apprenticeship programs across the country. CII
is also an accredited sending organization ‘ TITP’ for
Japan.
